Family of missing prospector Jennie Kehlet and husband Ray devastated by decision to not prosecute anyone

The family of missing prospector Jennie Kehlet and her husband Ray say they're devastated by a decision not to prosecute anyone over their disappearance seven years ago. The coroner found last year that Ray had been murdered and that Jennie was likely dead but prosecutors have decided not to press charges.
