The matter of violence on Hanuman Jayanti in Jahangirpuri, Delhi has reached the Supreme Court. On 20 and 21 April, the North Delhi Municipal Corporation administration had given instructions for bulldozer action against encroachment. But, the Supreme Court has stayed the action of the bulldozer. NSA has been imposed on five people for the violence that took place during the procession. Delhi Police is considering the five accused guilty of conspiracy, abetment and violence.

दिल्ली के जहांगीरपुरी में हनुमान जयंती पर हुई हिंसा का मामला सुप्रीम कोर्ट पहुंच गया है. दरअसल, 20 और 21 अप्रैल को उत्तरी दिल्ली नगर निगम प्रशासन ने अवैध अतिक्रमण के खिलाफ बुलडोज़र एक्शन के निर्देश दिए थे. लेकिन, सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बुलडोज़र की कार्रवाई पर रोक लगा दी है. इसके पहले शोभायात्रा के दौरान हुई हिंसा के मामले को लेकर पांच लोगों पर एनएसए लगाया गया है. पांचों आरोपियों को दिल्ली पुलिस साजिश रचने, उकसाने और हिंसा का दोषी मान रही है.
