Jahangirpuri में Bulldozer Action पर Supreme Court ने दो हफ्ते के लिए लगाई रोक | वनइंडिया हिंदी

The Supreme Court has deferred the decision on action against encroachment in Delhi's Jahangirpuri for two weeks. Along with this, orders have also been given to maintain the status quo. The Supreme Court has sought answers from all the parties involved in the matter. The order of the Supreme Court is that all the parties should respond to each other's arguments. It has also been clarified that if action is taken even after the order, it will be taken seriously. However, the Supreme Court has also made it clear that the order to maintain status quo is limited to Delhi only.

दिल्ली के जहांगीरपुरी में अतिक्रमण के खिलाफ कार्रवाई पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने फैसला दो हफ्ते के लिए टाल दिया है. इसके साथ ही यथा स्थिति बहाल रखने के आदेश भी दिए गए हैं. सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने मामले से जुड़े सभी पक्षों से जवाब मांगा है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट का आदेश है कि सभी पक्ष एक-दूसरे की दलीलों पर जवाब दें. यह भी साफ किया गया है कि आदेश के बाद भी कार्रवाई चलती है तो इसे गंभीरता से लिया जाएगा. हालांकि, सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने यह भी साफ किया है कि यथा स्थिति बनाए रखने का आदेश सिर्फ दिल्ली तक सीमित है.
