Scoot off the roads: Escooters only allowed on pavements, says Penang Island City Council

Penang Island City Council (MBPP) and police conducted an integrated operation in George Town, Penang on Monday (April 18) night to give advice to operators and users of escooters on the dangers of riding them on the roads.

A total of 128 escooter riders were given advice but no summonses were issued during the operation.
