In 2011 Suzanne Bell suffered a sudden cardiac arrest after an accident in Hilsea. She was dead for 15 minutes but a Spanish doctor who was visiting Portsmouth gave her CPR at the side of the road and saved her life. Suzanne wants to thank her rescuer
