Fugitive Nicky Liow surrenders after being on the run for over a year

Fugitive businessman Nicky Liow Soon Hee has surrendered to police after being on the run since last year.

Deputy Inspector-General of Police Datuk Razarudin Husain on Monday (April 11) said Liow will be brought to Shah Alam Court on Tuesday where he will face 26 charges.
