Today is the 11th day of April. And the heat is breaking records every day. Meanwhile, the Indian Meteorological Department has issued a heat wave alert in many states of North India. According to the IMD, there is a possibility of severe heatwave in most parts of Rajasthan, parts of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, West Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and West Madhya Pradesh.

आज अप्रैल का 11वां दिन है। और गर्मी हर दिन रिकॉर्ड (Weather Update) तोड़ रही है। इस बीच उत्तर भारत के कई राज्यों में भारतीय मौसम विज्ञान विभाग (Meteorological Department) ने हीट वेव का अलर्ट (Heat Wave Alert) जारी किया है। आईएमडी के मुताबिक, राजस्थान, पंजाब के कुछ हिस्सों, हरियाणा, दिल्ली, पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश, हिमाचल प्रदेश, छत्तीसगढ़ और पश्चिमी मध्य प्रदेश के अधिकांश हिस्सों में भीषण लू चलने की आशंका है।
