We had a look around the North East Maritime Trust tucked away on the riverside in South Shields.

NEMT’s focus is on regionally important historic working boat restoration, repair and conservation including maintenance, training and sailing for all.

Everyone is welcome to join their team and help repair project, as well as look around the museum.
