Major GP shortage across Melbourne's suburbs

A major healthcare provider claims the health department has incorrectly counted the number of GPs practising in the Melbourne's suburbs and that a doctor shortage is much worse than official data suggests. Angry GPs told an inquiry in Melbourne today they can't cope with the huge numbers of patients on their books.
