Introduction Fish Fried Rice is a delicious and flavourful fried rice recipe with Indo-Chinese flavours. Like any other fried rice, this recipe also has a couple of veggies in it. The boneless black-spotted croaker fish (ghol fish) is cut into cubes and fried with black pepper in a pan and then kept aside. Veggies like peas, onions, bell pepper, ginger, garlic, onion scapes are further stir-fried in the same pan and brought together with whisked egg, fried fish, and all the sauces along with rice.
