Ingredients:-
Rice
250 gms Chicken, sliced
3-4 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Ginger, chopped
Garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
1 Carrot, finely chopped
1 cup French Beans, finely chopped
1 Capsicum, finely chopped
Spring Onion whites
2 tbsp Celery, chopped
2 tsp Vinegar
2-3 tsp Soy sauce
1 cup Spring Onion greens
Salt to taste

Method:-
Heat a wok, add oil, ginger, garlic, black pepper powder, chicken, saute it on high flame for 2 minutes.
Add carrot, french beans, spring onion whites, celery, vinegar, soy sauce, spring onion greens, rice and mix well.
Add salt and mix it lightly.
Our Chicken Fried Rice is ready to serve.
