An evacuation order has been issued for several streets in North Richmond in Sydney's West with the Redbank Dam threatening to fail. The SES says communities below the damn are likely to experience flooding and residents should leave the area now. A major flood warning is also in place for the Hawkesbury and Nepean Rivers in Sydney's North-West.
