The Kenya Union of Clinical officers (KUCO) wants the government to ensure essential service providers working in polarised areas are provided with 24-hour security. This comes after reports of the abduction of Jackson Kabuu, a clinical officer working at Fino Health Centre in Mandera by suspected Al-Shabaab militants. https://bit.ly/3p8N9hw
