Uttarakhand Congress moves EC, claims BJP leaders seen distributing money and liquor

In the latest development to the Uttarakhand Assembly polls, Congress has moved the Election Commission alleging that the BJP leaders were seen distributing liquor and money on Sunday night. Speaking exclusively to India Today, former state chief minister Harish Rawat said, "We heard that Rs 100 crore has been sent from Delhi to Uttarakhand. All BJP MLAs and candidates were seen distributing the money and the CM was seen taking the lead."
