A heart-wrenching incident occurred in Raipur Fulwari village in Amethi where two youths in Union minister Smriti Irani's parliamentary constituency, Amethi, in Uttar Pradesh, thrashed a girl for allegedly stealing mobile phones. Soon after the video went viral, the UP police jumped into action and took suo motu cognisance of the matter. The cops booked the two youths and launched a manhunt for them.
