How does one understand India or is that too exhausting an exercise? This is what a new book titled Whole Numbers and Half Truths by award winning journalist Rukmini S looks at. Rukmini makes a passionate argument in the book that India has a wealth of data, but many times we overlook it. In other cases, when we have data, we miss the context, thereby skewing the interpretation.
