Hong Kong Chief Executive Carrie Lam cast her vote in the first election for Hong Kong's legislature under Beijing's "patriots-only" revamp of the system. Some 4.5 million people are eligible to cast their ballots in the December 19, 2021 poll amid a vastly altered political landscape.
