Tomotoes (Tamatar) - 2 Medium
Potatoes (Aaloo) - 3 medium
Oil - 3tbsp
Ginger garlic paste (Adrak Lesun) - 1 tspn
Green chilli (Hari Mirch) - 2 or 3 chopped/slitted
Turmeric powder (Haldi) - 1/2tspn
Salt (namak) - 1tspn or as per taste
Red chilli powder (Lal Mirch) - 1 and 1/2 tspn
Water (Paani) - 3 Glass

Cooking time 15-20 minutes
