An historic war fort situated in a seafront car park has gone on sale for quarter of a million pounds. Martello Tower No.25, in Dymchurch, on Romney Marsh, is currently in a state of disrepair. But planning permission has already been granted to turn the Grade II listed tower into a holiday home.
