'My heart just dropped': Sittingbourne car salesman fears closure over £120k damage caused to cars by falling wall

Used car salesman Tom Bowles discusses the damage caused to his fleet of vehicles in Sittingbourne caused by a falling wall.

00:00I've come round the corner and as you can imagine, my heart sank.

00:03The fence was leaning in. I didn't expect it to be as destroyed as it is.

00:09As you start assessing the damage, you get this, like, hang on, that's dead, that one's dead, that one's dead.

00:15And it's where do you move from now? Because until it's cleared, you can't carry on.

00:19The ball's fallen, it's all rear end damage.

00:21So that Fiat in the background, the white one, that's squashed from the rear end forward.

00:27Most of them are all front and rear end damage.

00:33But the ones that are on the back wall where the wall's fallen, they've all been written off completely.

00:38But in such a way that they won't be repaired.

00:43They'll be stripped apart so when they go to a salvage auction or they'll just be scrapped straight away.
