Residents in Tonbridge and Malling say they're furious after being left with overflowing recycling bins as collections have been delayed for three weeks.

Urbaser, who are contracted to carry out the work say a shortage of drivers is to blame, with the local council suspending services to help with backlog.

However MP for the area Tom Tugenhadt has slammed the handling of it, saying it's a disgrace.
