Federal opposition leader backs Government’s decision not to commit to global agreement

The federal opposition has backed the government's decision not to sign up to a global agreement - to halve methane emissions by the end of the decade. Australia joined China, Russia, India and Iran at the UN climate conference in Glasgow in refusing to commit to the global target.
