In the suggestive winter sea, a bonfire on the beach in a Sicilian sunset

On the beach of Gioiosa Marea, in Sicily, a red fire burns like the Sicilian sunset that frames it. It is the Tyrrhenian Sea that bathes the north side of the island, the sweet sound of the surf breaking into the gravel shoreline, a sweet sound that mixes with the crackling of the fire.
