Kashmir घाटी में एक बार आतंकियों के डर से पलायन शुरु हो गया है. पिछले 1 महीने में 11 लोगों की हत्या के बाद से ही लोगों में डर का मौहाल है. प्रवासी वापस अपने प्रदेश की ओर लौट रहे हैं उन्हें डर है कि कहीं वो भी Terrorists का अगला निशाना न बन जाए. डर के इस मौहाल और पलायन की कहानी ने एक बार फिर 1990 की याद दिला दी है जब यहां आतंकियों का आतंक चरम पर था और कश्मीरी पंडितों की हत्याएं की जाने लगी थी. ठीक वैसी ही हालात एक बार फिर लौट आए हैं.
