The migration of migrant laborers continues from many states of the country, migration of migrants is still going on from all areas of Maharashtra and Kanpur. In such a situation, there is overcrowding for the trains of North India and there is a long waiting for tickets. Therefore, along with Central Railway, now Western Railway is also running additional summer special trains to get confirmed tickets to passengers. Western Railway has run 38 summer special trains from Mumbai to various locations.

देश के कई राज्यों से प्रवासी मजदूरों का पलायन जारी है, महाराष्ट्र और कानपुर के भी तमाम इलाकों से अब भी प्रवासियों का पलायन जारी है। ऐसे में उत्तर भारत की ट्रेनों के लिए भीड़ उमड़ रही है और टिकटों की लंबी वेटिंग है। लिहाजा मध्य रेलवे के साथ अब पश्चिम रेलवे भी यात्रियों को कन्फर्म टिकट दिलाने के लिए अतिरिक्त समर स्पेशल ट्रेनें चलाने वाली है। पश्चिम रेलवे ने मुंबई से विभिन्न स्थानों के लिए 38 समर स्पेशल ट्रेनें चलाई हैं।
