People in flood-affected areas of Bihar's Hajipur are facing a lot of problems as their houses and agricultural fields have been inundated by the floodwaters. Torrential rains have affected the living of people in villages. The water level of the river Ganga has risen and has submerged many homes. Floods in the Ganga river have inundated the homes to waist level. Many homes have been demolished due to the floods.
