US, Philippines conduct joint maritime exercise

The coast guards of the Philippines and the United States have conducted a joint maritime exercise off Subic Bay in Zambales, north of Manila.
The US sent its Cutter Munro with unmanned aircraft system Scan Eagle while the Philippines deployed several of its vessels to participate in the maritime exercise that includes search and rescue and other emergency response operations.
