Amazon Announces New Guarantee

Amazon ($AMZN@US) announced a new ‘A to Z Guarantee’ on Tuesday. The company said it would pay customers up to one thousand dollars for dangerous items sold by third parties on its website. "This streamlined process will save time, money, and effort for both customers and sellers," Amazon said about its new guarantee. That represents a shift from the current process of having buyers contact sellers directly about problems.
