While heavy rains have caused havoc in many parts of the country including Madhya Pradesh, the Indian Meteorological Department has said in its latest update that there is a possibility of heavy rains in UP and Bihar from today to the next two days. At the same time, PM Narendra Modi spoke to Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan on the flood situation in the state.
