Monsoon has arrived in many parts of India. It is raining heavily from Maharashtra to Bihar. But the people of Delhi facing the sultry heat are waiting for the monsoon. So, after completely watering South India, there has been a sudden decrease in the speed of the South-West monsoon, after which the people of North India may now have to wait a bit for the monsoon rains.
