Monsoon has already been present in many parts of the country. Not only this, monsoon has also started showing its effect. Monsoon rains are in bad shape in many states of the country. In Mumbai, due to incessant rains, roads are flooded with water and life is miserable. So there will be cloudy sky in Delhi for the whole day and heavy rain is expected for the next four to five days.
