J&K BJP leader opposes delimitation based on 2011 Census

After the Jammu and Kashmir Delimitation Commission said last week it would base its final report on the 2011 Census, BJP leader and former Jammu Kashmir deputy CM Kavinder Gupta is raising doubts over this course of action.
"2011 Census was not credible, it was fudged. Population of Jammu has been deliberately shown less than Kashmir region," Kavinder Gupta alleged. Instead, the delimitation exercise should be based on Aadhaar card, he has suggested.
