Growing Sydney outbreak forces Victoria to shut its border

The growing outbreak in Sydney has led the Victorian government to effectively shut its borders with New South Wales and the ACT. From 11:59 the areas will be declared red zones. The government says it's taken the drastic step because of the risk of the virus spreading into Victoria.
