An interesting fusion recipe prepared mainly with the leftover chapati or roti’s. The recipe is very easy to prepare and is made very similar to the Chinese or even Indo-Chinese noodles recipe. It is a perfect snack or a breakfast recipe to finish off any leftover roti’s from previous night dinner.

Chapati Noodles - चपाती नूडल्स Ingredients:

4 Leftover Chapatis
2-3 tbsp Oil
4-5 Garlic cloves (crushed)
1 Green Chilli (chopped)
1 Onion (sliced)
1 cup Cabbage (sliced)
1 Capsicum (sliced)
½ Carrot (grated)
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
2 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Paste
1 tbsp Soya Sauce
1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 tbsp Cornflour
Water
1 tsp Sugar (optional)
Salt (as per taste)
1 cup Spring Onions (chopped)
Spring Onions (for garnish)
