This is how chefs of Siargao continue to thrive during pandemic | PEP Inspires

Chef Andrew Malarky of Siargao's Wild Restaurant has a big dream for the island.

He wants Siargao to become one of the country's culinary destinations.

The pandemic has challenged the way food industry does its business, and those in the island were not spared.

In order to help each other out and to keep businesses alive, Chef Andrew held "Kitchen Takeovers" at the restaurant.

The concept is to invite chefs around the island to the Wild kitchen and showcase the best of their culinary skills.

This ongoing collaboration among Siargao-based chefs has injected new excitement to the island's culinary scene.
