Qld Treasurer delivers second budget since last year’s state election

The State Treasurer says Queensland’s economy has “roared back to life”. Cameron Dick has handed down his second budget, aiming to turn a three-billion-dollar deficit this financial year into a 153-million-dollar surplus in four years.
