The Delhi government has started the unlock process from today. In the first phase, construction work has been approved along with factories. Exemptions with conditions were given, but the strictness of the lockdown would also remain. Those working in manufacturing units, production units and construction sites will have to take e-pass for movement. Contractor, factory owners will have to apply for an e-pass. Watch video
