Scientists have developed a new type of sensor system in which Novel Corona virus will be detected within a second by taking samples of saliva. This process results much faster than current investigations. In this investigation, a large number of viral biomarkers are required to detect corona virus infection. This can be done via polymerase chain reaction (PCR) or other processes. Information about this fast system is given in a magazine named 'Vacuum Science and Technology B'. So far, reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) is considered to be the most suitable probe for the detection of Covid-19. But it takes anywhere from a few hours to a few days to get results.
