IndyCar racer Robert William “Bobby” Unser’s cause of death was clarified after reporter Jenna Fryer confirmed that the father of Robby Unser passed away Sunday night (May 2) at the age of 87.

#BobbyUnser, winner of the Indianapolis 500 on three occasions in three different decades, was the brother of Al Unser, Jerry Unser, and Louis Unser, and the uncle of Al Unser Jr. and Johnny Unser.
