Review launched after deaths of men who received vaccine

The Therapeutic Goods Administration says the evidence does not suggest a link between COVID vaccines and the deaths of two men from New South Wales. Professor John Skerritt says both patients had various clotting disorders and that it remains a common health issue in Australia.
