The Black Cats’ star defender Luke O’Nien has been taking time out from this season’s promotion charge to try out Sunderland’s new e-scooters and offer some advice to people on how to ride safely and responsibly.
The player met with Neuron’s City Operations Manager last week to undertake a safety briefing as part of the company’s #ScootSafe campaign to promote safe riding. In a video released by the club and Sunderland City Council he has been offering advice to Sunderland residents on the top rules and tips for enjoying the e-scooters responsibly.
