00:00 Cross, down, nose, out, on guard.
00:07 Yes, so Zaya's point, go back and then you go again.
00:18 Okay then Colin, if you can just give me an overview of what activities are taking place during the week then.
00:27 Well we have an amazing amount of activities this week for the young children to get involved in.
00:32 Even if it is running, we're still doing lots and lots of different things.
00:36 They will get involved in lots of different sports, many they've never tried before.
00:40 Archery, dodgeball, assault courses, Olympics, fencing, tri-golf, dodgeball, rounders, badminton.
00:51 A huge, huge choice. It just means it gives every child the opportunity to take part.
00:55 And for those who maybe don't like football, the opportunity to take part in something they've never tried before.
01:00 So it gives them a little taste there.
01:02 And obviously some of those children will really find things that they've never experienced before, which is brilliant.
01:08 And Wendy, how important is it that there are activities for the kids to do over the holidays?
01:12 And also part of the deal is that they get a nice, healthy, nutritious meal as well.
01:16 We need to support our families over the holidays.
01:18 It's an expensive time for our families to take our children out.
01:21 To keep them fit and healthy, they will tend to stay in their houses.
01:25 But it's not just the physical aspect of it, it's not just the way that they'll feel and things like that.
01:30 It supports their mental health too, keeps them school ready as well.
01:33 It keeps them in a school, in a routine so that they're ready to go back to school after the six weeks.
01:38 And the healthy meal, obviously every child should be having a healthy meal every day.
01:43 It gives them the opportunity as well to try things that they might not have tried before.
01:47 They can take, obviously, what they've learned at home to try and encourage their parents to be more healthy with the meals that they serve them as well.
01:55 It's just an all-round great thing for our children and people to have.
02:15 Okay then, Lely, how much have you enjoyed the activities so far?
02:18 Erm...
02:20 A lot?
02:22 And what's been your favourite?
02:23 Dodgeball.
02:24 Why do you like the dodgeball?
02:26 Because I have a reason to throw myself along the floor without getting...
02:31 I have an excuse to throw myself along the floor without getting hit.
02:35 Okay. And Alexis, have you enjoyed all the activities?
02:38 No.
02:39 And what's your favourite?
02:40 I'm going to say dodgeball as well.
02:44 Okay, and you like the dodgeball.
02:45 There was also a warm-up game you told me about. What was the warm-up game called?
02:48 Erm...
02:50 Stick 'em in.
02:51 You like that one as well, do you?
02:53 You've had lots of fun?
02:54 Mm-hm.
02:55 Okay, Arch, have you enjoyed all the activities?
02:57 Yep.
02:58 And what's been your favourite?
02:59 Football.
03:00 And if you weren't here doing these activities, what would you be doing?
03:03 Er... lying in bed.
03:05 Doing what?
03:06 Playing on my Xbox.
03:07 Do you think it's important to keep fit and active and healthy?
03:09 Yep.
