Areas in Windsor, north-west in Sydney, are left covered in debris and destruction after the floods in NSW. Swollen rivers are receding and communities are starting to piece together their residencies. A few hundred Australian Defence personnel and firefighters are helping clean the banks of Hawkesbury and Nepean River.
