24 more historical sites selected as Seoul's Future Heritage

어린이대공원 꿈마루 등 24개 서울미래유산 신규 선정
The city of Seoul has selected 24 more sites to add to its list of Seoul's Future Heritage,... a designation for modern places in the city to be preserved for future generations.
New to the list is 'Ggum-maru' at Seoul Children's Grand Park.
It used to be a clubhouse, and was going to be demolished in 2011, but it was renovated to suit its surroundings in the park.
Left behind... is an iconic structure for children... which is also new to the list... is Hongreung Arboretum, Korea's first arboretum.
And in the neighborhood near Hongik University... is Homi Art Shop, a famous place for Korean artists, especially those who attended the university.
There are now 488 places on the list of Future Heritage.
