Today, on the birth anniversary of former Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, many big leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party including PM Narendra Modi paid tribute to him. Amid controversy, Union Home Minister Amit Shah today unveiled the statue of former Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley at the Feroz Shah Kotla ground. Speaking on the occasion, Amit Shah said that the statue of Arun ji was unveiled, so I could not refuse, the Board of Control for Cricket in India, Saurabh Ganguly and Indian team opener Shikhar Dhawan were also present at the event.

पूर्व केंद्रीय वित्त मंत्री अरुण जेटली की जयंती पर आज PM नरेंद्र मोदी समेत भारतीय जनता पार्टी के अन्य कई बड़े नेताओं ने उन्हें श्रद्धांजलि दी। विवादों के बीच फिरोज शाह कोटला मैदान में आज केंद्रीय गृहमंत्री अमित शाह ने पूर्व केंद्रीय वित्त मंत्री अरुण जेटली की मूर्ति का अनावरण किया। इस मौके पर अमित शाह ने कहा कि अरुण जी की प्रतिमा का अनावरण कार्यक्रम है, इसलिए मैं मना नहीं कर सका,कार्यक्रम में भारतीय क्रिकेट कंट्रोल बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष सौरभ गांगुली और भारतीय टीम के सलामी बल्लेबाज शिखर धवन भी मौजूद थे।
