북한, 헌법절 맞아 "생활상 애로 운운하며 위법행위해선 안된다"

North Korea is urging its citizens to uphold "law and order"... as virus prevention measures take a toll on people's livelihoods... and encourage corruption.
Early in the pandemic, North Korea shut its borders and stopped importing food from China.
Food prices have surged,... making it tougher for people to live.
An editorial carried Sunday by the Rodong Sinmun for Constitution Day... called on North Koreans to (quote) "realize the socialist constitution and shine as a country of the people."
It reminded ordinary people not to violate the law and to keep social order... and high-ranking officials not to allow double standards or corruption.
North Korea, it said, is in a battle with corruption and has been struggling to wipe it out since 2018.
