Last remaining ICRC staff in Pyeongyang left N. Korea this week

The pandemic has taken its toll on the operations of international organizations in North Korea... as Pyeongyang has implemented tighter border controls.
The last remaining staff members at the Pyeongyang office of the International Committee of the Red Cross... all left the North this week... and it remains unclear when the organization will be able to send replacements.
Citing a senior I-C-R-C official... Voice of America reported... the remainder of the aid projects there... are to be managed by the Red Cross office in Beijing.
The I-C-R-C had maintained an office in Pyeongyang since 2002.
