With the start of winter, North Korea has raised its COVID-19 alert to the highest level, completely closing its borders... and also forcing the closure of some shops, restaurants and public baths.
That's according to the North's state-run media on Wednesday.
It says people are restricted from traveling between regions,... and that meetings and gatherings should not be face-to-face.
Sources say North Korea has been conducting more COVID-19 tests as winter approaches, but the regime still claims it has not had a single case.
