곳곳에서 산발적 시위... 美 전역 긴장감 '여전'

As the vote counts continue in the U.S., and its taking longer to clearly see who would win, large groups of protesters marched and rallied across many parts of country on Wednesday.
Kim Hyo-sun has this story.
Protesters continue to take to the streets across the U.S. with ballots still being tallied.
While most demonstrations were largely peaceful,... in some cities such as Phoenix and Detroit,... a number of Trump supporters were even seen carrying weapons as they gathered in front of vote-counting centers, chanting "Stop the cheat."
"I mean, I'm not going to violently burn the city down, but I'm going to continue to fight for election integrity. It's not OK what they're doing in there. If they're in there committing fraud, that's the problem."
Similar unrest was also spotted in other cities with thousands of people marching on Manhattan’s Fifth Avenue on Wednesday,... calling for every vote in the U.S. presidential election to be tallied.
This came as President Trump's campaign team announced they will file lawsuits in an attempt to halt vote-counting in three battleground states including Michigan and Pennsylvania.
"We're here for a peaceful protest to make known that we don't want the type of America that Trump might want and we want Biden to win and we're looking forward to it right now and we're hoping for it."
Police made some arrests at the various demonstrations, including 50 in New York with dozens of protesters also arrested in Minneapolis.
