유럽증시, 국제유가, 미 대선 개표 불확실성에도 '상승,' 바이든 취임 첫날 파리기후협약 복귀: 유럽 반응

Financial markets around the globe have been fluctuating wildly since vote counting in the U.S. presidential election began on Tuesday, as investors' predictions of a landslide victory for Democrats grew ever more unlikely.
Let's go live to Natalie Powell with Reuters in London.
Good morning to you, Natalie.
How are European markets reacting to the tighter-than-expected race across the Atlantic which it now appears may be followed by a lengthy legal battle?
With Joe Biden's campaign saying they've flipped Michigan, it looks like the race is starting to bend in his favor... although if history is any lesson, anything it ain't over until it's over.
IF Joe Biden is to win the White House, what kind of relationship is he likely to have with Europe?
But, whoever wins this election, it’s clearly not going to be by a landslide. Why might that make things difficult for Europe over the next four years?
Natalie Powell with Reuters reporting for us out of London. Thanks, Natalie. Great job.
